The main client’s requirement was to create residential buildings of various standards and to cope with the climatic conditions (to prevent overheating and impact of heavy rains). As a result, one-storey houses were created, shaped with roofs and cut-in forms. Buildings witch differently pitched roofs were designed with windows in deep arcades, sliding shutters, bright colors of the walls and wooden cladding.
