The building will be located in Warsaw’s Wola, next to the existing EQlibrium 1 building. It will fill the corner of ul. Jan Kazimierz and Wschowska, completing the service quarter of buildings.
The building visually consists of two blocks. On the southern side there is a lower part, while on the northern side there is a higher block with slender proportions. The entire façade is glass, with a variable rhythm of windows, so as to optimally provide future users with access to natural light.
