Kolobrzeg is a medium-size city in the north of Poland. The core of the city suffered severe damages during the second world war and has not been recovered to its former shape until now.
The competition provided a great opportunity to create a complex strategy of bringing back the lost character of the old town in order to restore the shape and importance of central urban spaces.
